Learning Together Childcare was designed to fit right in to the surrounding community of Keswick. The interior of the centre has been created to bring the natural world from outside in. Our centres aim is to create a welcoming, nurturing, home like environment. The classrooms are filled with natural materials to provide a vast number of learning possibilities and to convey a sense of tranquility and peacefulness for all children and staff. Our classrooms includes natural displays to touch and explore, objects of the natural world brought indoors, and a sense of warmth and comfort.
The environment is set up to make every learning experience have meaning. Each learning area is designed to be inviting, nurturing, safe and aesthetically pleasing. Our classrooms offer curriculum experiences in each of the following areas: Creative Art, Sensory, Reading, Language and Literacy, Manipulative, Cognitive and Fine Motor, Block and Construction, Dramatic, Science, Puppet centre
The centre is designed to optimize the safety of the children, as the staff and administration will always have a view of who enters and exits the playgrounds and centre at all times throughout the day.
